Travel guarantee through VZR Garant

VZR guarantee logoTo comply with the legally required warranty, Arctic Adventure uses the VZR Garant warranty scheme. You can check this through the participant page of the VZR Garant website. Within the limits of the Guarantee Scheme (found on the VZR Garant website), VZR Garant’s guarantee applies. In the Guarantee Scheme you can read which (travel) offer the VZR Guarantee applies to exactly and what this guarantee entails.

Exchange Guarantee

You can exchange your trip for another trip throughout the year at Arctic Adventure. Read the terms and conditions here.

  • Exchanges can be made up to 30 days before departure.
  • You can exchange 1 time.
  • When exchanging to a more expensive new trip, you pay the additional cost. For a cheaper new trip, we will pay a maximum difference of 20% of the cost of the initial trip.
  • Exchanges are not always possible with the airline ticket. We consult in this.

Additional conditions and rental terms

Additional conditions for participation may be set per trip and possibly per participant. Consider, for example, medical requirements.
