As a coach and guide, he helps others on their way.
His knowledge of equipment and practice is endless.

An encyclopedia of experience with Norwegian roots.

With his roots in Norway and love in the Netherlands.
Geir has given winter survival workshops in Norway.
The Norwegian and English armies lined up for him.

Pandora of Rees

Back office & Basecamp manager

Pandora helps behind the scenes and is a jack-of-all-trades. She enjoys multi-day hikes and loves the snow. She is currently doing training to become a guide herself.

Her ambition: To guide a Red-Label trip.

Alex Hermans

Quiet team player who gives his team space

As the owner of a large security company, Alex knows better than anyone how to lead a team by giving responsibilities.
So too on expedition.
He stands there and looks at it. ;-) Until you need it. Then he fixes it before you know what's going on.

Ambition: to complete the Kungsleden trail in winter

Bé van Lotringen

Helps you find the balance you want

Bé is the coach who goes along on the two coaching trips we offer. Nature does more to you. Literally. Bé, with her experience as a psychologist, coach and running therapist, will get you back into balance.

Ambition: coaching at the North Pole.

Kevin Augello

Expedition & adventure film maker

Kevin Augello is an esteemed English expedition filmmaker. From Everest to Greenland. From child slavery to world records. Kevin is a must have if you want to capture a good story beautifully.

Ambition: To portray the essence of nature in film.

Elise van Winden

Scout leader who puts you back on the path

Elise provides the Map & Compass workshops.
She has years of experience as a scout leader.
Route techniques, maps, declination, and deviation hold no secrets for her.
Navigating, outdoor play, and map and compass are second nature to her.

Ambition: Organizing her own winter expeditions.

Irene Vial

Basic doctor with outdoor genes

Irene works as a primary care physician at the hospital. But can also be found outside.
As a volunteer, she works at the refugee center. And she has worked in Suriname and Malawi.
Outdoors, she has given ski lessons, led expeditions, and crosses glaciers.
She shares her knowledge in the Outdoor First Aid workshop.

Ambition: joining the expedition as an expedition doctor

Brigitte Ars

Writer and journalist with a thirst for travel

Brigitte has already seen much of the world. She pens her adventures in books, articles and her own blogs. 'Alice goes Wild'.
She teaches the Adventure Writing workshop. The ideal match of adventure and a sharp pen.

Ambition: To write books in a Swedish log cabin.

Heleen Klop

Professional travel photographer

Heleen is a professional photographer. She guides photo tours and makes photo reports. Piece by piece she checks off the capitals of Europe.

Her ambition: To do a travel feature for Columbus Magazine.
